Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
All orders are processed and fulfilled as soon as products are available. We do our best to ship your orders as quickly as we can and in most cases, orders are shipped within 0-2 business days of being received. We will ship orders within the United States and do not ship internationally. International orders can be processed, but must be shipped to a US based shipping address.
It is our goal to make sure that you’re satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied, a return may be made within 30 days of receiving a purchase. All items to be returned must be sent back in their original condition. Used goods are not eligible for return or refund. All items in new condition can be returned for store credit or a refund (no refunds on shipping fees). Refunds can take up to 30 days to process, depending on your credit card company’s return policy. All returns can be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. For returned orders that do not have any manufacturing defects, the customer is responsible for return shipping fee.
To Initiate a Return
All returns can be initiated through your Account portal. Click here to log in to your Account. From your Dashboard, click My Orders on the left side menu and View the order that has an item(s) that you would like to return. Once you’ve requested a return, someone from our Retail Shop will respond promptly and help you process the return.
