Warranty.

At TOURIG we pride ourselves in producing a long-lasting product that will exceed the demands of years of adventure travel. We choose products from proven vendors that are top-of-class in their respective category, we use manufacturing techniques we feel are most appropriate for each intended use and stand behind our products with honor and integrity.

Each product we produce or install (excluding the base vehicle, which carries its own manufacturer warranty) is covered against manufacturing defects as follows:

• Products produced between 1/1/2016 and 12/31/2023 carry a 3-year limited warranty.
• Products produced on or after 1/1/2024 carry a 5-year limited warranty.

This warranty begins on the date the product is delivered to the original customer.

Appliances, utilities, and system components—including but not limited to the refrigerator, furnace, water pump, water heater, toilet, microwave, power inverter, batteries, solar panels, bumpers, wheels, tires, winches, and lights—are covered by the individual manufacturer warranties provided by each respective brand or supplier.
